Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 30, 2025, Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation issued a press release announcing the soon initiation of its 2025-2026 exploration drill program (the “2025 Exploration Drill Program”) at the Hycroft Mine, located in Nevada, USA, a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction. The 2025 Exploration Drill Program comprises approximately 14,500 meters of core drilling utilizing two drill rigs. Crews are mobilized, and drilling is scheduled to commence in early August.
