Eighth consecutive annual dividend increase

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- (NYSE: VRTS), which operates a multi-boutique asset management business, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $2.40 per share, representing a 7% increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $2.25 per share.
