On July 1, 2025, Barrington Research Associates, Inc. (“Barrington”) circulated a research report on
behalf of U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (the “Company”) based in part on conversations between representatives of Barrington and representatives of the Company. The Report includes certain information regarding the Company which is attributed to
Company management. A copy of the Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
