On July 29, 2025, Lifeway Foods, Inc., an Illinois corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding the consent solicitation statement filed by Ludmila Smolyansky, Edward Smolyansky, Richard Beleutz, Cindy Curry, Michael Leydervuder, George Sent and Robert Whalen.
