On August 6, 2025, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors (the “Board”) (i) has approved an increase to the quarterly dividend policy, bringing it to $0.15 per common share, (ii) has declared a dividend of $0.15 per share, payable on September 26, 2025, to common shareholders of record on September 16, 2025, and (iii) has approved a renewal to the existing share repurchase program, authorizing the Company to purchase up to an aggregate $200 million of the Company’s shares.
