NIH Contract Expands DLH鈥檚 Position as a Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity Leader

Company to Continue Providing Information Technology Services for National Institutes of Health

ATLANTA, Aug. 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DLH Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DLHC) (鈥淒LH鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�), a leading provider of digital transformation and cyber security, science research and development, and systems engineering and integration, today announced that it has been awarded a task order valued at up to $46.9 million to continue providing information technology services including enterprise IT systems management, cyber security, software development, cloud computing, and more to the National Institutes of Health鈥檚 Office of Information Technology (鈥淥IT鈥�). OIT plays a central role in providing and supporting the information technology resources necessary to execute NIH鈥檚 critical health missions.

This $46.9 million task order includes a base period and multiple options aggregating to a three-year period of performance. Through this award, DLH will leverage a comprehensive suite of digital transformation and cyber security solutions to support approximately 7,000 end-customers. As part of this new effort, DLH will design and implement a cloud migration strategy built on partnerships with leading commercial CSP vendors including Azure, AWS, and Google.
