The technical complexity of this project is noteworthy. Installation involves navigating challenging terrain alongside high-tension electrical lines and requires specialized construction methods to cross highways, rail lines, utility corridors, and streams. This complexity likely commands premium pricing, supporting the company's focus on margin-accretive growth.
Perhaps most valuable to investors is how this contract enhances Bowman's multi-year revenue visibility. With construction scheduled from 2025 through 2028, this agreement provides predictable cash flow over an extended period. This aligns with Bowman's strategic emphasis on securing recurring revenue assignments that improve staff utilization and generate durable cash flow.
The win adds to Bowman's growing portfolio of major infrastructure projects in the region, including the Mile Long Bridge and various interstate highway projects (I-80, I-55, I-90). This track record in securing high-profile infrastructure contracts demonstrates the company's strengthening competitive position in the engineering services sector, particularly in municipal water infrastructure—a critical and growing segment as aging water systems require upgrading throughout the United States.

The installation involves complex construction adjacent to high-tension overhead electrical lines and will require crossing highways, rail lines, utility corridors and streams using a variety of specialized construction methods.
“This project meaningfully expands our role in large-scale municipal infrastructure, adds multi-year revenue visibility and helps drive margin-accretive growth, said Gary Bowman, founder and CEO of Bowman. “It also reflects the success of our long-term strategy to grow in high-value sectors with recurring revenue assignments that improve staff utilization and generate durable cash flow.
