Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Regains Compliance With NYSE Continued Listing Standard

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. (鈥淏&W鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) (NYSE: BW) announced that on September 2, 2025, the Company received written confirmation from the New York Stock Exchange (the 鈥淣YSE鈥�) that the Company鈥檚 average stock price for the 30-trading days ended August 29, 2025 was above the NYSE鈥檚 minimum requirement of $1 based on a 30-trading day average. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the NYSE鈥檚 continued listing standard for minimum average closing share price under Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual. B&W鈥檚 common stock will continue to be traded on the NYSE, subject to its continued compliance with all applicable listing standards.
